We’re looking for confident, reliable and sociable people aged 18+ who are comfortable working in a fast-paced student event environment. Previous nightlife, travel, events or rep experience is helpful, but not always essential.
Roles will include daytime staff, nighttime staff, hotel reps, team leaders and management positions. Responsibilities vary by role, from guest support and event check-ins to hotel coordination, nightlife operations and welfare.
Yes! We believe everyone should have a contribution for their time, on top of the amazing package we offer for reps. It's not life changing money and it also increases with experience.
Yes. All staff will complete training before travelling so everyone understands the schedule, their responsibilities, welfare procedures, emergency processes and what’s expected while representing Fishies.
Fishies Tour is an event trip, so hours won’t look like a standard 9-5. Staff will work allocated day or night shifts and will have scheduled time off. You’ll need to be flexible, punctual and prepared for some longer and busier days.
